6.3 We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 You can return products within 14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund or exchange if an item is to be found to be faulty.

7.2  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of fault, a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your request.  

7.3 To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team by email to info@iohanna.com.au.  In the event your request is accepted items are to be returned to PO Box 4022 Kogarah Bay NSW 2217. 

7.4 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE CERTAIN ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE, AS IOHANNA PTY LTD.  DOES NOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS.

8. Warranties and Liability

8.1 We warrant that our products are free from defects and suitable for their intended purpose.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8.3 We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
